Darktrace are expanding our Talent Acquisition team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Talent team to support our hiring needs across EMEA. We are looking for a candidate who can provide candidate sourcing assistance while also supporting the team with recruitment-related administration. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to gain valuable recruitment experience in the rapidly evolving cyber security industry.
You will have an important role in pipelining candidates aligned with our current and future hiring needs. The Talent Sourcer will help source candidates for a variety of departments including but not limited to; Sales, Technical roles, Operations and Support roles.
As Talent Sourcer you will be creating, engaging and nurturing talent pools, while working closely with our Talent Acquisition team, attending role briefings and keeping our internal recruitment database up to date. Based at our Cambridge HQ, this role focuses on supporting the Talent Acquisition team while offering the opportunity to take a first step into a career in recruitment.

It is likely that you’ll be friendly, approachable, and proactive with a can-do attitude. You’ll be keen to use your people skills, and administrative skillset to support the Talent Acquisition team. You don’t need any previous cyber security or recruitment experience but you’ll be quick to learn technical information and have an interest in kick-starting your career in recruitment.
This is a fast-paced role where no day is the same, so an ease in being efficient and adaptable would be ideal.
