As an IT Assets Coordinator, you will:

  • Handling any Shipping request made by the IT department
  • Monitoring and updating the internal asset register with the status of devices both inbound and outgoing
  • Supplying tracking information to recipients and communicating with couriers regarding any potential issues
  • Organizing the returns of any company assets to main HQ locations and ensuring all devices are accurately recorded upon arrival (Cambridge, Singapore, & San Francisco)
  • Organize procurement and tracking of digital assets and software licenses
  • Organize processing and shipping of hardware for new hires
  • Provide first line support for the global offices resolving technical issues in the most efficient and friendly manner possible
  • Manage the administration of Active Directory / Microsoft Exchange
  • Collaborate with all other Asset and IT Support teams globally to ensure that excellent support and service is delivered.
  • Maintain (record and order) stock levels for all key locations where required
  • Ensure that the best resolution is applied to every request

  • Be able to work alone as well as part of a team
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs of equipment
