We are creating a handful of new and exciting roles, at a senior level, focussed on coaching and developing sales team achievement and growth.
Our regional Performance VPs will sit alongside their regional Sales VP – working together to drive the teams’ performance on both a group and an individual level. It is a problem-solving role, and they will collaborate to make improvements to culture, to offices, to team working, to group or individual performance, to implement enablement and skills training. In fact, anything that is going to make a difference to sales teams’ achievement.
They will be the Sales VPs’ right hand in problem solving, coaching, developing, and using data to spot areas where either the team or individuals could use further attention or help. They will be based in the same office as the Sales VP to ensure maximum impact.
What will be the key attributes of a successful VPP?
Credibility – they have to have a credible coaching voice
Maturity – able at problem solving and decision making
Experience – sales and/or performance
Relationship – already has or will easily foster a winning relationship with their Sales VP and the team
Analytical – the ability to use data to spot and solve problems
