The role:

Darktrace is looking for articulate, driven individuals to join our fast-paced marketing team in our Singapore Office

As a dynamic team, we are looking for either new graduates or marketers with 1–2 years of experience. This is a unique opportunity to jumpstart your career in technology and marketing. Many of our team leaders joined right out of college and acquired significant skill sets and domain knowledge ‘on the job’ to advance at a rapid pace.



Within the Darktrace Marketing Team, this Marketing Executive position is specially supporting the Marketing Events & Demand Generation team. You will have a wide range of responsibilities including the creation and executive of marketing programs, such as physical/hybrid/virtual events and email campaigns. You will be assigned a region to manage, which will map to a specific regional sales region, and you are to work closely with the Sales Director(s), VP, and Sales Rep to increase revenue and help further grow the market. You’ll be expected, but not limited to:

  • Report to and work closely with the Head of APAC Events & Demand Generation
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs – held meetings target provided to you by manager
  • Carrying out marketing and communication activities within your assigned region
  • End-to-end management of local marketing events (tradeshows, conferences, seminars, webinars) with pristine execution
  • Ownership of lead nurture programs, including marketing automation, and regional email marketing campaigns
  • Ad hoc copywriting and translation tasks
  • Close collaboration with other marketing departments, including PR, advertising, and content



  • Minimum 3.5 GPA or equivalent from a top university in a BBA or Marketing equivalent major
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Able to work in a team autonomously and as part of a team in an innovative and fast-paced environment whist delivering to deadlines
  • Enthusiasm for innovation, experimentation and self-development in the cyber security field
  • Business Level Japanese to communicate with Japanese clients, and the internal Japan team
  • Travel is to be expected
